We're SO excited to start our 2026 5 Week Challenge! If you've never done the challenge with us, it's 5 weeks filled with fun events, challenges, points to earn and awesome prizes to win. It will help hold you accountable and get you ready for summer, which is right around the corner

1.What's new this year?
From feedback we received last year:
More events during the week rather than on weekends.
WIP Games on a Sunday.
Certain category wins are prizes rather than points.
2.Will there be an initial meeting? What if I can't make it, can I still participate in the challenge?
Yes! We will have our initial meeting on Sunday, April 19th @ 4pm at WIP. We will breakdown all of the challenge information.
If you can't make it- no big deal! There will be an informational email sent out.
3.What is an InBody scan?
What does your weight really represent?
When you step on a scale, you can’t see how much muscle or fat you have-all you see is a number with no context.
InBody scans are a quick and accurate body composition analysis that provides a detailed breakdown of your weight in terms of muscle and fat. Your comprehensive yet easy-to-understand measurements will display on an InBody Result Sheet that will be sent to your phone.
4.What are the challenge events?
The challenge events are our monthly event (happy hour) with a few more added: a coffee social, all strength workout, WIP games, and a breath work experience.
We didn't want to overwhelm everyone with too many events- so there's about one per week!
All of the dates for these events will be given to you at the initial meeting.
5.What are the weekly challenges?
We will be keeping the weekly challenges a surprise, we can't give ALL the details away!
We will tell you they're both physical AND non-physical, as well as getting in at last 3 workouts per week.
You will have the whole week to complete the weekly challenges.
6.How do I earn points?
You can earn points by attending challenge events and completing the weekly challenges.
Each individual will have their own sticker chart where you will be able to easily keep track of your points. We know how much you all love earning stickers!
7.What will be included in the weekly emails?
The weekly emails will include reminders of the weekly challenges and what events will be coming up that week, as well as some motivation to keep you going!

9.How do I win those AMAZING prizes?!
The more points you earn, the more prizes you can enter to win!
You will get 1 ticket for every 5 points earned. You're able to earn 200 points, which would be 40 tickets- 40 chances to earn those prizes! (that's eight more than last year!)
