WIP Tips

  • Purchase your trial membership and book your classes online prior to hitting WIP.

  • Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your scheduled session so our Ambassadors can check you in, show you around and welcome you to WIP.

  • Our coaches are here to take great care of you whether you are new to this style of workout or are a seasoned pro looking to up your game. The coaches will provide individualized movement modifications to ensure you are getting the most out of your body.

  • Be sure to change into “indoor only” sneakers upon arrival to help us keep the floors and equipment clean and functioning properly for your use.

  • Bring a water bottle, you’re going to need it. We have filling stations at the gym.

  • Get excited you’re about to join a great community, work up a sweat, have fun, and crush your fitness goals.
