Nutrition Challenge Add On
Last year’s Nutrition Shape-Up Challenge managed by Dietician Shana Griffin was met with huge success. Everyone that joined the Nutrition Challenge learned so much and the feedback was incredible. This year Shana is back and not only is she leading the grocery store tour for all Challengers she has ramped up the Nutrition portion of the Challenge by adding a meal plan guide for those looking for more direction. This is how the Nutrition portion of the challenge works. It is a supplemental charge and must be done in conjunction with the WIP Fitness 5 week challenge Pass.
The first 25 people who join the nutrition challenge WILL receive a free bag of healthy goods from Shana the dietitian. As soon as you register you will receive an intake form for you to fill out and return to Shana. If you register more than 3 days prior to the Challenge kick off she will have your personalized calculations and meal plan ready to return to you at the meeting . The kick off meetings are not mandatory but they are incredibly insightful the dates of the meetings are April 22nd at 8:00 pm in West Hartford and April 23rd in Canton at 7:30 pm.Attending the meetings is not a requirement but will greatly enhance your challenge experience and Shana will be raffling off a "Healthy Kick Off Swag Bag" for anyone doing the nutrition challenge and attends the kick off meeting.
